The City of Elk River offers the option of paying your City Utilities online through Access Idaho. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
A non-refundable portal administration fee of 2.5% will be added to the payment amount. No part of the portal administration fee will be credited to your utility account. This fee is collected by Tyler Technologies in exchange for providing this service. The City of Elk River receives NO portion of this fee.
