The City of Elk River offers the option of paying your City Utilities online through Access Idaho. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
A portal administration fee of 3% + $1.00 will be added to the payment amount. No part of the portal administration fee will be credited to your utility account. This fee is collected by Access Idaho in exchange for providing this service. The City of Elk River receives NO portion of this fee.
